Represented 31 Attorney Firm in an overarching Contract Marketing Director consulting capacity involving a variety of marketing, business development and client service programs. This included regular lunch time marketing forums with the attorneys as well as the staff. Working with the practice groups and individual attorneys to develop and implement marketing plans. Working with firm management to develop and launch a local advertising campaign. Identifying high visibility sponsorship events and coordinating all aspects surrounding the firm’s involvement in that event from managing the design and production of a full page ad, in the local business publication, to developing the byline article for the managing partner.
