Helping 45 Attorney Branch recognize a Target Market.
Represented 45 Attorney Branch office (of 180 Attorney Multi-Office Firm) in developing stronger visibility for one of the firm’s largest branch offices. This involved weekly meetings with a groups of firm attorneys to inform and educate them on existing opportunities within their target market. Additional working meetings were held, with practice group leaders and individual attorneys, to formulate strategic marketing plans for immediately acting on the opportunities presented and future planning.
